Presently she is the Registered Research scholar form Department of Research & Management studies Gulbarga University Gulbarga & is under urge of completing her PhD Degree.

Work Experience :  She has over all varied  4 years of teaching Experience She has served 2 years as HR Faculty In Dept of studies in GUG,& also served few institution in Bangalore as Full time faculty handling both BU & VTU MBA students.
